excellent tutorial i will try to make and print . i am looking to import 2D or 3D surface too generate body from them to design tools according to the surface , but i struggle with sheet metal without success

Thank you, actually this is only gimbals that will give you the degrees of freedom of rotation, you are missing the middle rotor which will make the gyroscopic effect.
