1 Badi Elaichi (Black Cardamom)
1/4 part Chakri ful (Star Annis)
1 Small Pc Patthar ke ful(Stone Flower)
1 Small Pc Dalchini (Cinnamon stick)
1/2 Tsp Jeera (Cumin seed)
1 Sabud Dhania (Coriander seeds)
3 Sukhi Lal Mirch (Dry Red chilli)
7 to 8 Kaju ke Tukde(Cashew nut pc)
1 Big size onion slice
5 to 6 Lasun ki kali (Garlic clove)
1 Small Pc Adrak chopped (Ginger)
9 to 10 Pudina ke patte(Mint leaves)
1/2 Tsp Nariyel ka Burada(Dry Desiccated coconut )
1 Tsp Til(Sesame)
1 Big size Tomato Roughly chopped
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup Beans chopped (Fansi)
1/2 cup Gobi(Cauliflower)
1/2 cup Gajar chopped(Carrot)
1/2 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp Chini(Sugar)
1 Tsp oil
1 Tsp Butter
1 Medium Size Simla diced (Capsicum)(1/2 cup)
1/4 Tsp Kashmiri Red chilly powder
1/2 Tsp Kitchen king Masala
1/2 Tsp Sambhar Masala
1/2 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp Chat Masala
100 Gram Paneer cube(1/2 cup)
2 Tbl sp oil
1 Tsp Lasun finely chopped (Garlic)
1 Tsp Adrak finely chopped (Ginger)
1/2 Tsp Kashmiri Red chilly powder
1/2 Tsp Dhania jeera powder (Coriander & cumin seed powder)
1 Pinch Haldi powder (Turmeric powder)
1/2 Tsp Kasuri Methi (Fenugreek leaves)
1/2 cup water
3 Tbl sp Pani Nikala hua Dahi
(Hung curd)
1 Tsp salt
2 to 3 Tbl sp Fresh Cream or Malai
2 Hari Mirch (Green chilli)
1/2 cup water
