ingredients:-
.300 gm arhar dal
.50 gm moong dhuli
1 onion
3 tomatoes
1 Inch ginger
15 garlic cloves
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
2 spoon oil
1 tbsp ghee
3 chop green chilli
1.5 tsp salt
1 tbsp chop garlic
1/4 tsp asafoetida
3 whole red chilli
chop green coriander
