I tried your Dhaba style Butter Dal recepe. It turned out to be a super hit. Combination of two Dals blended with butter and topped with a whisp of charcoal smoke and the ever tempting rogan was just and just TERRIFIC. Tandoori roti I shall try later. Thanks for sharing 😋😋👍

Hi Chef, I have a request/ suggestion. I don’t think any youruber is going this but it would be super helpful if you created a playlist (what’s for dinner series) where you create 8 videos - 7 dinner dishes and 1 video will cover all ingredients one should stick for the week to make the 7 dishes and any prep that’s required ahead of time. This will go a long way to make cooking easier for someone like me. Today I have to browse through all the videos in your channel to make a selection. It is time consuming and also after making my selection I’ll find out that it requires prep work like soaking etc or I won’t have the key ingredient stocked up. So, I’ll have to restart the entire selection process from both your channels. As you can understand this can be inconvenient when there isn’t enough time and hence thus request. I hope others like me will benefit from this suggestion. Please think about it and accommodate this request in future. Thanks again I enjoy making your recipes minus the garlic and onion which we are not allowed to have but they still come out nice
