I bought the h band and I love it except for one thing. In the h band app on my phone it keeps track of everything except my blood glucose, there is no module to keep track. I am diabetic and my hands shake and it is hard to do finger sticks . Also how accurate is the blood glucose measuring on the watch? When I check it remains between 6.00 and 6.99 when my a1c is 7.00 and above. Thank you very much.

There is no module to keep track of blood glucose and that is the MAIN REASON I bought the watch. I am in my late sixties and my hands shake a lot which makes finger sticks very hard to do.

turn on the watch with the physical button, then swipe down from the top to get 6 icons, then tap the lower middle [looks like the 'list' icon in windows] to switch to an icon that looks like 9 buttons. then use the physical button again when on the main screen and you'll see all the 'apps' in the watch. Took me some research to find it, then I found this video and saw the presenter swipe to show them :P

also, the blood glucose is in A1C style numbers, not the standard units from the pinprick meter. eg: 6.25mmol instead of 100bgl hope this helps ps: this probably isn't that accurate so don't rely on it for real numbers. gave me some high numbers while my meter said I was good.

I read recently about SmartWatches in general which have the blood glucose monitoring function. The watch is monitoring your interstitial fluid (ISF). ISF is located just under your skin, whereas blood requires a finger stick. I'm no scientist, but apparently, ISF is close enough, when the sensor on the watch is pressed against the skin, for the watch to detect the blood glucose level of a person's ISF. I've read there is a lag between when the glucose affects blood and when it affects your ISF. It is detected first in blood. Only later does glucose get into your ISF. So only finger sticks provide real-time accuracy. The quoted portion below is from a related article comparing Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) systems and traditional Blood Glucose level monitoring (BG). The watch mentioned is not a CGM system (which has tiny needles). However, the article does discuss a person's ISF. I hope it is helpful. I have a Blackview X5 smartwatch and a Blackview A100 phone, I had them connected with the H-Band app and it was good, but I upgraded the app to the H-Band 2.0 app and it is better, connects easier, instantly, and there are far more notifications available from the phone, Snapchat, SMS, G-Mail, phone-calls, take photos, all the social media apps you can think of TikTok, youtube, you name it they link together, in fact any app on my phone will link to my watch now, even my security cameras will give push notifications,

I have read the other comments and it appears I am in the same boat looking for my blood glucose monitoring.
