Thanks to Dr. Wan recommendations on all the recipes for cooking healthy soups. I like your channel very much! I am using slow crock pot to cook soup all the time. Usually take 8 hours. I prefer to use slow crock pot 陈年瓦罐. When using other types of pots as Dr. Wan mentioned try not to cook more than 2 hours. Can Dr. Wan please advise me if I am still like to use this slow crock pot.
