I think it's very professional and very cool that he says "If the Schumacher family needs me I am always there to help but I don't ask questions about what is going on. It's a personal thing". I think more people should take this approach in life. Don't try to get pushy and bring up bad memories or bad situations by asking constantly "how are you doing?". A real friend will be there when you need them and you will be able to reach out to them in a time of need and just knowing that is enough and gives you strength through tough times.
@tested2113 жыл бұрын
In the recent Schumacher documentary there's a clip from a drivers press interview when the press ask Michael how he feels about finally winning for Ferrari after such a long time losing and so much pressure. Michael starts to crack up and is quite upset and Mika puts a comforting hand on his shoulder, then when the press start to push it further Mika says: "I think we will stop the questions now!". Really decent guy doing that for his rival.

Well said. Häkkinen and Schumacher are my childhood heroes. Such a caring distance. My best friend back then, we were 6-10 years old; always spending holidays Camping in netherlands with his parents in their caravan, going fishing, watching F1; His family was Häkkinen Fan and I was die hard Schumacher Fan. @@santosjerez1586 With that kind of logic, Mika could have won a lot more if he had a competitive car earlier, Schumi got lucky Mika didn't have a competitive car earlier than 98. Don't forget, Michael himself has said that there's only 1 driver he genuinely respects and that's Mika. If you want to compare the 2 drivers, compare the times they were competing at the same level with similar equipment. In that comparison, Mika comes ahead of Schumi. Also, even if Schumi hadn't broken his leg, it wouldn't automatically give him the title.

Formula E was a good concept at first, but they ruined it by making it non open wheel cars for safety reasons, and they'll probably get a close cockpit in the future..safety and comfort reasons, of course. They are no longer any formula cars at all, but more like some Le Mans prototype cars, except slower and more safe. They probably want to "formula" e cars and race so safety, that drivers drive cars remotely with a computer, and sit comfortably in an armchair and enjoy refreshments..
