以下材料可以做10个小面包:
1.制作面团材料:
高筋面粉: 400g
酵母: 4g
白砂糖: 40g
鹽: 3g
雞蛋:1個(50g+-)
牛奶: 200g
奶粉: 20g
抹茶粉: 5g
無鹽黃油: 35g
2. 製作外層松香粒材料:
低筋面粉: 100g
糖粉: 40g
抹茶粉: 4g
無鹽黃油: 50g(不用軟化,冰箱拿出即可使用)
3.製作內餡
红豆沙:150g(分成10份, 每份15g, 搓圓備用)
鸡蛋:1個(攪散備用)
放入預熱好的烤箱,攝氏170度/華氏350度, 烤25分鐘

Sugar: 40g
Salt: 3g
Egg:1 ( 50g+-)
Milk: 200g
Milk powder: 20g
Matcha powder: 5g
Unsalted butter: 35g
2. Make Outer Layer Rosin Granules Ingredients:
Cake flour: 100g
Icing sugar: 40g
Matcha powder: 4g
Unsalted butter: 50g(no need to soften, take out from refrigerator and use it)
3. Make Filling
Red bean paste: 150g (Divide into 10 parts, 15g each and roll them into round ball)
1Egg(stir well)
Bake in preheated oven at 170℃ / 350℉ for 25min
