Hopefully, this is for pure entertainment. So much wrong about training volume and intensity in the video for the vast majority. Kudos to Coach Kai for attempting to address these wrongs several times. Hopefully they don't get lost.

@@許家豪-z8n Thanks for addressing this. It would be really helpful for one's health and fitness journey if you could share your knowledge in another video on how you would typically train someone with average/below average genetics (vast majority of population). Important strength and hypertrophy concepts like 'progressive overloading', 'periodization', etc, can and should be addressed too. You being a pioneer and huge figure in a country's bodybuilding history does have a big impact on your followers.
