Cows definitely have emotions. My Grandma always told stories about her favorite cow. One year, after laboring for a long time, she gave birth to a stillborn calf. Grandma said to her “I’m so sorry Rosie! Your baby didn’t make it.” She said that cow literally had tears running down her face when she told her that her baby died. She said that cow was heartbroken and spent some time in mourning over losing that baby. My Grandma never forgot that. She loved that cow.

@@BeeBopGaming The key would be a well balanced diet including as much of a variety as possible. Rice, beans, quinoa, lentils, greens(kale, spinach...etc.) vegetables and fruits of all kinds that you enjoy eating, spend time researching what each category provides. The more varied your diet is the better as each wonder from nature brings us different benefits and nutrients. 'Avant garde vegan' is a youtube channel that can inspire you in terms of meals/recipes and I'm sure there are many others too, you can adjust recipes to suit your personal taste and hopefully you will enjoy experimenting with different flavors, spices, techniques and combinations. Prabhu Shankar Ramachandran ; True! That’s why so many end up quitting - either after a few months, or a few years. Some quit more quickly. Others just take a while to figure it out. That one fellow in the film - he finally fully understood when he saw the tears in that baby cow’s eyes. That’s what it took for him to finally quit. I just wish he had taken that baby cow with him & saved the little one’s life too. I suppose he couldn’t though. He would’ve most likely been caught & arrested, and the baby cow sent back to slaughter anyway. It’s a horrible industry. Humans have objectified & abused animals so horrendously over the last several decades, through this ugly ‘food’ industry. Is it any wonder then, that people have gotten so horribly bad about also objectifying, abusing & misusing each other too? Humanity has trained itself to psychosis. That’s what it all looks like to me anyway. Those people just don’t realize yet...
