I think you are a bit harsh on Dr Klaper, he makes it very clear that he is explaining his own personal choices and does not recommend anything for anybody as there is so much conflicting information around on the topic. You have cherry picked your clips to suit your agenda. Mostly i like and appreciate your videos, but not this one.

I see clear proof of doctors and scientists deliberately being unhelpful and therefore harmful. They definitely use completely extraneous coding lexicon language to even state simple results in scientific literature, probably to be perceived as intelligent, which makes them pretentious.

Thank you! I’ve been plant based for more than 20 years. There were almost no processed vegan food options in Croatia back when I became vegan so I only ate healthy for a number of years. That somewhat changed with all the new food available now but this video is a good reminder to just go back to basics and ditch processed food altogether to feel top notch.

Bio markers good but do you vary your diet with different fruits and veggies leafy greens grains seeds nuts beans tofu and legumes all say variety is important. I don’t eat rice very often. Quinoa a lot. Did you figure out how much protein you need and eating it early in the day? Exercise is great. I don’t weigh myself daily. But my scale calibrates bmi bone density. Muscle and water. Where are your nuts and seeds? Spices? Sugar in that barbecue sauce? I don’t do refined sugar. Have avocados? Healthy fats?

I'm with Dr. Fuhrman. Starch foods should be the smaller part of the diet. Also you can get the calories and healthy fats you need from nuts, seeds, Avocados etc... you don't have to eat a starch based diet to achieve this 💚

I'm not impressed by Dr. Rogers, even though I'm sure some of what he says is true. Most of this interview was him just reading part of his book telling "his story". (Exactly what the quack Steven Gundry says.) I have one of his $100 books. The reason it's so big is that half of it reproduced historical artwork. He speed talks through handwritten chemical diagrams and I'm supposed to think he's smart. (He says so often enough.) And how can I respect a doctor who, when talking about genitals, won't say the word "penis". Really? "Johnson"? Come on.

I asked Dr. Alan Goldhamer of TrueNorth health where they use exclusively distilled water for their patients. He said the minerals in water are of limited benefit with the majority of minerals coming from your vegetable rich diet. I mentioned my long distance running and ensuring I don’t have any problems drinking too much water or sweating away electrolytes. He said I could include vegetable broth in my meal prep if I wished and increase the use of chard, kale, tomato etc. to increase mineral concentration but that he would avoid the drops. 👍

methylene blue is used in ERs in cases of cyanide and carbon monoxide poisoning,it attaches to hemoglobin and makes it function again.I take it ocasionnally to help my sleep and I see a difference, but stick to just one drop,no more and also add some vitamin C.

First of all, the methylene blue (mb) folks are very transparent about the dye showing up in urine. Second, if you're going to bad mouth mb, you are really obligated to debunk the science touted in favour of it. Third, the idea that plant-exclusive eaters need to remineralize distilled water is dubious in light of plants already being mineralized. Third, refrigerater filters are nothing more than activated charcoal which does filter out chlorine but many cities have switched to chloramine which is not filtered by charcoal. Fourth, True North Health Center uses only distilled and that's plenty good enough for me.

Green pee is not a side effect. Methylene Blue is a blue dye. When you pee it out: blue + yellow = green. That's all it is. It may or may not be all it is cracked up to be, but the pee color is irrelevant. For me, it absolutely gives me mental clarity when my brain is feeling foggy (16mg lasts about 6 hours for me).

Let's visit your "stay safe". What is REALLY in your "remineralize" supplement? (remember this is a totally unregulated industry). What's REALLY in those reverse osmosis PLASTIC contraptions?? Microparticulate plastic , maybe? Hmmmm. And what was REALLY in your methylene blue? (unregulated remember?) Could it just have been blue food coloring? ( A very good profit made!!) Very possibly. If it was food grade dye, it probably wouldn't even have garnered a fine, if found out. Just go get the Glass Machine with the 2 high carbon filters. Made in the USA. And you'll be better off than all your supplements & plastic contraptions, & you'll still get ALL your natural minerals.
