ALL animal experimentation and for medical training should stop. Obviously, this particular research has pushed many people's buttons for more than just the injustices against animals. But let's talk about ALL experimentation and medical training. You mentioned the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine --their monthly newsletter highlights so many other horrific animal experimentation, everyone with empathy should take notice and fight for all these poor souls.

I agree that the research you describe is horrific and unnecessary, but I cannot help but believe that you also have a political motive to protest these transgender experiments. Cruel, unscientific, irrelevant , costly, etc. experiments using animals in a wide range of areas have been going on for decades and even longer, yet I have not heard you protest them. Check the work of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) and other organizations for ways to oppose animal experimentation and how to use human relevant methods instead. Thank you

All under the guise that it protects against AIDs which is absolute rubbish. If true- horrific! But- they experiment surgically on humans without permission “informed consent “ also. Many patients live lifetime of disability and horrific pain from unbridled, experimental procedures that they were not expecting when they signed a form. Sometimes doctors in training do the surgery instead of the attending- to earn training hours- without consent of patients. A lot is covered up in medical industry and hospital training centers. I've was in animal rescue & outreach for 22 years. I cried everyday, people always said you'll get used to seeing it Sarah Never! Instead it has left me with PTSD. I will never understand how humans can hurt, torture, kill animals. Everyone needs to get involved in any way they can to help ALL animals that are in horrible situations. Even if the government condones it.
