4颗鸡蛋 60-62g左右
低筋面粉60g
浓缩咖啡 5g (水 15ml)
牛奶 60ml
植物油 50ml
细砂糖 60g
柠檬汁一小勺
玉米淀粉 1.5g
鲜奶油 200ml
细砂糖15g
虎皮
鸡蛋黄 6个(60-62鸡蛋)
细砂糖25g
玉米淀粉 12g
模具尺寸(28cm*28cm/11英寸方形)
咖啡蛋糕卷烘烤温度:155℃ (310℉) 烤箱上下火烤制36分钟
虎皮烘烤温度:215℃(420℉)烘烤7-8分钟

60g low-gluten flour
Espresso 5g (15ml water)
Milk 60ml
Vegetable Oil 50ml
Caster sugar 60g
A teaspoon of lemon juice
Corn starch 1.5g
Whipped cream 200ml
Caster sugar 15g
Tiger skin
6 egg yolks (60-62 eggs)
Caster sugar 25g
Corn starch 12g
Mold size (28cm*28cm/11 inch square)
Coffee cake roll: Bake at 155℃ (310℉) for 36 minutes
( top & bottom heat)
Tiger skin: Bake at 215°C (420°F) for 7-8 minutes
