4/27/21 was a Wednesday. Where is everyone? I didn't see many businesses open. I saw lots a vacant parking. Where do people park during an ice covered winter?

Though it´s wednesday, it looks like that almost always on winter time,because 27 april we counting as winter time still :) there are no many businesses in town it´s small town ,but we have everything basic institutions we need. And about parking,it´s exactly the same place as you saw on video,just with a little bit of snow which is taken every day by the city service :)

@@starvi9 I always observe this beautiful city from the camera they have in front of the restaurant next to the whale museum, it's fabulous, one day to be there live, a hug from Monterrey Mexico :D
