Might be thinking of "Iron deficiency without Anemia" Many times iron deficiency without Anemia present with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or chronic fibromyalgia Check serum ferritin level ( in absence of Inflammation) and correct if with oral iron supplements may get great relief
