Hi, Jack. I don't know if you know but the re packed Thomas and Friends complete series 1-7 which came out individually on DVD a couple of years ago features series 1 - 5 of Thomas and friends remastered and restored. Just thought I'd mention it in case you wanted to have the classic series remastered and restored. I know I did. All the best
