Since you did the psychic water side quest, all water fountains and sinks will recover 50 psi every use. The reuse time for them are a few seconds, so don't waste your resources on crafting hypos if you already have a good amount.

One thing I've noticed from Delirious and a lot of other gaming youtubers is that they seem to refuse to pay attention to objectives and instead try to be as entertaining as possible. Not saying it's a bad thing but it is slightly irritating when an objective pops up they ignore it and wonder why something went wrong.
