tbh I didn't mind Zach freaking out, I find that hilarious. Even after the extended unwillingness to eat that steak. The crew doesn't have to always agree with every arrangement happening in the show, and I love them for that. I think we all established that Zach's joker brained. Although it can't be excuses to everything. I don't feel the need to get mad at him, as long as he's not hurting anyone. And it's sweet that Ethan told people to not get mad at Zach.
