First of all, let me say that I've been shooting pool for a very long time and I'm an expert, so I know what I'm talking about. In his latest commercial, McConaughey (apparently) is a dinner guest at someone's home. He decides to leave, but before he does, he spots his friend's pool table and pockets a ball by making the cue ball curve (masse) around some other balls on the table. Very cool, right? No, it wasn't. A masse shot is executed by stroking down to the left or right of the center of the cue ball. After striking the ball, the tip of the cue strikes the bed of the table. Every time the cloth is struck in this manner, it rips. The rip may be very small (a few threads) or very large, but it always happens. It can't be helped. You can actually hear the bed being struck in the commercial. McConaughey probably thought what he did was very cool, but it was actually very rude. You never shoot a jump or masse shot on someone else's pool table. Unless, of course, you don't like them.

THANK YOU! I love Lincolns I have a 2015 Lincoln MKX and a 2006 lincoln mark LT. Why two? Cause ones a truck for hauling and still looking expensive and the other is for when I go to work both have amazingly smooth riding. There better than Caddilac cause they almost never break down. I had a 2010 Cadillac Escalade and it broke down constantly and was super fucking expensive to fix so I just stuck with Lincoln and I haven't had a problem yet and it feels like your driving on a cloud and that nothing else matter when you're on the road cause nothing is your in a fucking Lincoln.
