What would you recommend someone do to find true and raw information across the internet which can be extremely contradictory? How do you see labour being in control affecting the property market? Lovely finish Ste. Why would you start the offers over £50k below what you would like to achieve.? I understand it gets viewings but is that not to much of a gap to think the client is over paying ?. They all like to think there getting a deal. Be interesting to see what the final offer you except if your willing to share .

Time matters depending on what level you are at. I choose to complete them when I need them to be complete. I have about 7 within 3 streets of this one. If you are brand new to the industry then you will only need working on one property at a time. At my level I’m working on 35 at a time and then other levels are working on 60-100 at a time. It’s all done to the level you are at when it comes to time. I hope this has helped 🙏🏼

@@iantaylor052stamp duty you can work out from the value, legals are standard, fees standard, arrangement fees the same. You need to stop being lazy and expecting to get spoon fed every little detail. You’re not ready for this type of work if you aren’t willing to tap into your initiative
