H4M Rabbit Labs Battery

Hey had my H4M since the first week of it’s release. Never had any issues with it’s battery. Will look into the upgraded battery though! Nice video again🙏

My standard battery seems to be fine, but I only purchased it a couple of weeks ago, so perhaps it’s been addressed. Either that or I’ve got lucky. On a separate note, it would be nice if a silicone/rubber protective case was available for the H4M. I’ve nearly dropped it 3 times already as it’s pretty slippery. I might take the case off and spray it with a black textured finish so it has some form of grip, and a more stealthy look. I’ve expressed the idea of a soft protective outer case to SDR Labs support, and they like the idea.

I'm just curious if there is anything special about the lipo other than the charging chip that comes on many standard 1S lipos, because i have a ton of them from flying fpv and building other stuff and am wondering i can just use one of those for the same effect.

Can you maybe expand the capability of the h4m by utilising the i2c? Maybe a lolin esp32 mini board? I don’t see much videos utilising the i2c interface.

@@moslimislam5714 there’s currently a prototype batch being developed of esp32 to integrate with the H4M. It’s all very new still so not allot to cover yet.
