I visited Halong Bay a few years back with my family, my mom and brother. It was very memorable and one we still talk about after so many years. Do note that Halong Bay cruises are only split into 3 categories which are luxury, normal and budget so they are not classified as stars which have 5 tiers. The activities from what I know and from your video as well are all the same regardless of which category of cruise unless you stay an extra night, then you will get to venture out further where there are less tourists.
