I saw this film on original release in the 70's and at that time I was about 7/8. Then you could smoke in the cinema and my dad was a big smoker. this is one of the only scenes in history, especially in a coyboy movie on the 70s that the woman is the hero - we rarely ever see women in cinema fighting to save their love, it's always the men playing the knight saving the damsel - i love how they showed women can fight too - and almost to the death the only other time i saw this is in titanic, where rose saves jack with the axe while the ship is sinking

Мой первый индийский фильм, увиденный ещё в 1976-77 годах -" месть и закон" с участием Хемы Малини и её мужа Дхармендры, Баччана,Санджива Кумара- это было как взрыв эмоций,у нас таких ярких,шикарных музыкальных, колоритных фильмов не было,этот взрыв длился до 1990 годов,когда индийские актеры и фильмы были родными в каждой советской семье, лучше французских,итальянских и югославских и немецких !Большего ажиотажа от индийского кино посто не было ,кроме как боевики америкинские в 2000х,спасибо Индии за сказочную любовь и то, что добро побеждает зло,да будет так!❤❤❤❤❤❤🎉😅
