I've played Skyrim a lot of years. I've lived in many, many homes both game original and mods. No Skyrim home has felt as right for me as Haafinger Hall. I love everything about this home including its scenic location. I wish to thank the creator(s) for this magnificent home.

Customisable, functional, looks good. I love it. And I agree with you on the guards shields displays, they always look awesome. Hard to find something to complain about here, though I think its a bit redundant having numerous alchemy stations or grinding wheels. Maybe the modder was having trouble filling some spots? Anyway, thanks for showing this off, I'll dl this and check out Eastmarch too.

Nice place! The customisation is fantastic! Feels a bit like a Sims game in that sense, but in Skyrim. Hopefully this is something more homes will do in the future.

There's a great little mod called the Lazy Renamer that lets you rename pretty much everything, like beds, doors, containers etc. It's wonderful. I use it to name things all the time and haven't found any issues affecting auto sorting or linked storage. 😊 Also found a nifty little mod for the Safehouse that disables npc idle markers in the player bedroom so that they won't wander in and use your bath or sit there staring at you when you wake up. Wonderful showcase as always Feb, made my morning coffee better. 5/5 sweetrolls.

It’s a perfect home tbh. The only thing I’d add are some sorta heating source in the attic, the kids room is right off the kitchen so that heats that room. I’d also add a servant or housecarl option. I think you could make the room for them an option to. Like that second small attic being their room or one be added in the basement.

This is a perfect house! It has a "noble" vibe to it, and is beautifully laid out. The decoration books would keep you occupied for quite a while, and I love that built in aquarium! On a personal note, I've been looking at all of these beautiful house mods and trying to decide between them, and it finally dawned on me that in Skyrim you can own as many properties as you want! It's so easy to become wealthy in Skyrim, and I always wonder just what to spend all of that money on. Well, how about a beautiful estate in every hold! Why choose when you can have it all!!! . . . . and this house would definitely be one of the first that I would choose!

Yay! I can play dress-up; for my house. For the LE version there is a mod thru steam made by Jaxonz(hope I got that name right), that lets you rename things. The same person makes a positioner and several great mods for making things easier. You can copy items you find that you like and take them home to put on display or use. My LE version is not so much a rpg as a home decor game. haha This home is definitely on my list to try. Thanks

Feb if you want to remember what ingredients are in the urns you can just use Jaxons Renamer to name each urn/chest. I cannot live without that mod in houses like this.

Inside of my hafingar is all wood. Outside is stone with Blue palace roof. All ivy is allowed.

The stone exterior really makes the blue palace roof pop and gives the impression that the house could withstand a dragon attack. The wood and ivy interior is earthy and gorgeous.

Hi Feb. You can use Jaxons Renamer to label all sorts of containers, items etc. In MCM choose a hotkey to use and check "force renaming". While hoovering with crosshair over a given label, press the hotkey and type in your new label. I use it myself a couple of years. Have a nice evening.

One of my all-time favorites I love the option to buy the horses. I would have really enjoyed a larger stable but certainly no complaining here the wide range of selectable options coupled with the ability to purchase all the horses makes this mod super fantastic in my opinion. I think I'm going to also take this opportunity to say that, without throwing any shade on any of the other showcase creators yours are without a doubt head and shoulders above the rest really great professional showcases some of them are so enjoyable I watch them two or three times. 😁

@@JokerJim23 It's when those giant frostbite spiders swing down from the ceilings that gets me every time :D And well I started with Skyrim on the X-Box and honestly personally wouldn't go back. It's rare that I see an X-Box mod I can't have on PC whereas I know a lot of disappointed X-Box users who can't get mods (and as for the poor PS4 people, well, *shakes fist at Sony*) and there are so many more for the PC, plus it's easier by far to get organised - just my humble opinion - don't shout out me if it all goes wrong! :XD

Inigo what you did. more people should make such books. looks great in general. so many options. I would pay for that. I have a mod where I can name chests, "JaxonzRenamer for se" works with everywithing, set a hotkey, look at it, use your hotkey and name it. I use it for armor, weapons, chests and my dwarven constructs. everything is working ids they are a different value as names.

Second floor is split into two different stairways one side is for smaller follower bed rooms and a master bed room is on the other side of the second floor. Also there is a lovely attic room :)
