An iconic moment makes you a hero, an icon etc but it doesn’t make you any better of a player. De Bruyne has had multiple huge moments in league campaigns with big goals and assists to carry his team to wins which ultimately led to them winning titles. He was an exceptional dribbler, great FK taker, great scorer, great passer and crosser (created as many chances in La Liga in 2012 as Messi did) great scorer from any distance and and aerial threat to match his physical gifts. Messi wasn't a good free kick taker, limited aerial threat, average penalty kicker. By definition Ronaldo was more of an "all round player". But he still wasn't better than Messi, because what Messi did better than Ronaldo he did so much better that it made him a far more impactful player.

The amount of bashing on the city treble team is laughable. They got to the FA cup final without conceding a single goal. Only goal conceded the whole tournament was a penalty in the final. Theyre the only English team ever to win the champions league without losing a game. Battered the only other 2 favourites (Madrid and Bayern) 4-0 and 3-0 respectively. I don't get the whole argument of "scoring against the big 6" when half of the big 6 were shit last season. Chelsea finished 12th, Spurs finished 8th and Liverpool had their worst season under Klopp. That shouldn't be a metric to judge who had a better season. Suarez did in fact score against 2 of the big 6 (United and Spurs). Not only did he miss 7 games, he also didn't take a single penalty that season since Gerrard took all of them. Suarez still holds the record for most Non-penalty goals in a single season (shares the record with Salah).

Camavinga is good and even though he’s got a ucl and some league titles he’s still not better than Pedri or some of the other young midfielders. He hasn’t played consistently in midfield and didn’t play enough in that UCL campaign to really be a key piece. He also hasn’t been in the France squad. Tchouameni has a better shout at being a top 3 midfielder of his generation than Camavinga. We’ve still gotta see more and now Jude will probably start over him as well.
