Apples vs oranges argument. Casemiro 100% cannot do what Partey has been doing for Arsenal this season. Playing the lone 6, being pressed by 3-4 players and still coming out with the ball and breaking lines with his passing. Partey’s security on the ball is why the rest of the midfield can push onto the opposition creating the overloads further up the pitch. Casemiro is a great player in his own right and has been instrumental in United’s improvement this season.

I don’t agree with what Liban said about Barca. Barca is in the middle of a rebuild with a lot of young players. Having lost their best players they had to adapt a lot cuz the impact Messi had on the team is something that is inevitable and not an argument. With the right coach( Im not saying its xavi maybe with time) they can definitely reach THAT level again. How Barca play currently without any injured important players they would still be competing for the champions league. I gotta back Faysal with the Modric-Gerrard thing. In the end Gerrard had the chance to move to a side that had a great manager and better side but he stuck by Liverpool. Which is cool, but he stripped himself of more glory and only has himself to blame why he isn't perceived as different.
