Thank you Jim! When I get up earlier than I needed to I always listened to the podcast and fall back asleep again. And I don't remember what I have listened. Since I have listened and watched Jim's video I have used that morning to spend at least half an hour to learn for self-development. I have decided to make notes while listening to podcast rather than just listening it passively. I used to take cold shower at the end of my daily shower... but now is winter and I have chickened out of that. In the evening, I used to get very annoyed thinking about work, having to work with colleagues who are not responsible and not organised and having incident with meeting rude people during the day..... But now, from now on after letting it out I will find something I am grateful for to wind down. I have lots of things I am grateful for everyday and will focus on that. Thank you again Jim!

I'm grateful for having come to encounter such instrumental fountain of knowledge. I personally underwent the trauma and impact of domestic violence. As result, I started having to struggle while learning, I continued to excel but not as easy as it used to be, it was all tiresome. I would remember my former brain memory and look at that of currency and I could realize something is wrong and I couldn't figure out how to rejuvenate my admirable memory. I digested all Mr. Jim Kwik explained here on KZbin and I was able to reconnect and reflect as well as relate with my previous and current circumstances and I have witnessed drastic change. I'm at university pursuing Bachelors Degree in Law. I'm glad I got a chance to improve. I'm actually translating these ideas and my experience into a book. Viva Jim Kwik, The brain coach🤝👏👏👏

Thank you Jim. After my brain ischemic stroke I have been practicing counting backwards in order to gain more memory. Start from and easy number then increase the number i.e. start from 30 then from 50/100/200. If fails, start again. This applies mindfulness then feel the strength and satisfaction when done right. You must do it relaxed/without anxiety. Another way to increase being mindful is avoiding the use of the word NO! this take us out of the zone of comfort. Be patient, is achievable. Just try it.

What I personally like to do to keep my brain active (for example during exam) is to engage in mental games that need focus and concentration and for me to try and find ways to solve that puzzle. I find out that if I keep my mind trained it is easier for me to memorize informations and to feel less tired about it. When I can't sleep I also engage in puzzles and trying to tire my mind out. I start my day and end my nights by praying and feeling grateful for everything I have. Gratitude is really powerful and I'm happy of where I've come. I was very mentally sick and tired out by life, but little by little and with a lot of therapy I'm so grateful for my strength and my opportunities. I feel like finding gratitude in little things, which are not little, really saves you. Instead of feeling stressed about exams, I feel really privilege to be able to study what makes me happy, and I just see it as a challenge I can face!

Thanks much I got great value from your presentation. I will be sharing the information. My non-negotiable morning routine is silent prayer of gratitude for a new day and reading my morning devotional. I then spread my bed have some water and then exercise for 30 mins to 45 mins. Then review and set my schedule for the day. Thanks for the bit about exercising without doing the full routine it was empowering because sometimes it’s difficult to do the full exercise program and it becomes a stress trigger 😅
