I live in a bus after being made homeless 2 years ago my credit rating is non existant but I am back driving trucks for a living part time as I do not want to work full time and enjoying life but would like a bit more from it, I am about to receive some inheritance money and have started looking into buying cheap property after starting to watch your channel about a week ago and have already lined up my first investor (I used to be an area sales manager and have had 5 businesses previously), I also bought my first silver bullion 2 days ago. Seed money to do all this was mainly created because of that first Cali house she bought in foreclosure... then the housing bubble came, then she sold at the right time. Housing bubbles/profits like that come around maybe once in a generation. Some risk and work, but also lots of luck here too. She also got remarried to a rich guy, which helped her do what she did. She did not do all this alone.

Love it how the one inspired the other and leaves her room for her own way of doing things. She has a heart of gold, trying to help all around and ensure nice living conditions for her renters. People, who are willing to serve others, are the only ones truly capable of handling money with worth. Great how she uses the wealth to help people back on their feet, who went through a difficult time. Hope to do the same some day in likewise manner. For now we've been fostering children with passion for a long time already. Parenting those, who otherwise would have no chance. But we will become too old for that in a few years. By then I hope to have transitioned into real estate, for the same reasons as this lady. May God bless especially those, who are willing to become a blessing to others.
