Honestly, try doing a 75 day challenege of avoiding things other than water. Make sure your friends know youre doing it. That way, when theres temptation, they already know youve preset that you're not touching it. Then either take a couple days to chill, or go back on another challenge. Soon enough people will just know you as the guy who doesnt drink that shit.

Water drinking is like a form of fitness the more you become able to drink in a day the more effortless it becomes. We were forced to drink 4 litres every day for years when I was young because of high level training. I didn't know at the time but it was a blessing because to this day I drink 2 litres a day as a preference, WHY? Because my "water drinking fitness" that benchmark was set at 4 Litres. The body will adjust and then expect it. You will look 30 when you are in your 40s
