Hi David and everyone. First of all, I want to thank you very much David, thanks to the tutorial I finally got 34 km/h from Xiaomi 365 PRO. However, I had a few inconveniences that I wanted to share: 1) After downloading and installing BLE 074, two red zeros appeared on the display -> Don't panic, apparently the .zip was downloaded incorrectly, delete the already downloaded one and download and install a new one again until the zeros are white. 2) After installing XIAOGEN it was not possible to upgrade to 204 at any cost -> Do not panic, check that you filled in the serial number correctly. Really check each piece of information carefully and reinstall XIAOGEN. 3) If a red wrench with red numbers appears -> This is caused "Add system parameter to the display" disable this option and everything should work fine. Follow David's tutorial and everything should be fine. Thank you very much David.

Simone Orsi È esattamente come descritto nel video. Al momento non ha funzionato perché avevo un altro custom firmware con version spoofing (555 invece che 155). Ho dunque riflashato un firmware senza spoofing (versione 155) e poi seguito l’esatta procedura mostrata nel video (compresi doppio “check version” e doppio flashing). Non dovresti avere lo stesso problema partendo da un firmware originale.

I don't know if it would help but in my personal case, I did the xiaomi update (I like to make it all fresh again) and then it was impossible to go back to the ble74 or even 90 with the DownG app, but it worked with the "app Xiaoflasher" then I did exactly as David for the rest and all worked fine

I did the procedure but cruise control was not working as expected so I used the mi app to update to original fw. To my surprise it updated BLE to the latest official but all custom options are still there and the Mi app is showing that it's updated to the latest version 1.6.8. Now everything is working as expected, cruise control and no speed limit, display still showing all custom stuff ... Can this cause problems later on?

I tried several firmware versions, I "cooked" also yuor recipe... which was one of the best... but at the end I ordered a new more powerful e-scooter (DUALTRON MINI) and I will pass my Xiaomi Pro to my wife. In this period, in Italy, our government is pushing hard for e-mobility due to Covid19. If you purchase a new e-scooter, you get paid back 60% of the invoice, with a maximum of 500€, from the state. Of course the model you choose has to be compliant with law requiremets.

I had previously used the old method, but I made sure to follow the video perfectly. Now my scooter is reading 99 km/h when not moving and it's red, the maintence indicator is also lighting up red. It appears to still work, but it's not ideal and the speedometer isn't working correct. EDIT: I'm a total idiot... I realize what's going on :D Great video :) worked as intended. Why's it red and why is my maintence on? - Red doesn't bother me, maintence makes me curious though.

It's working correctly. It's showing you the battery porcentaje left. The red indicator is on purpose to show you that is extra info on your display

HELLO I have a new M365 Pro scooter, I played Fashion Xiaogen on it, everything went beautiful. I did the first charging in fashion yesterday from 20% to 85%, the display showed 12% of the charge, but the scooter did not want to go anymore, I went home and decided to charge it to Max. 99% on the display instead of 100% E7 showed and what happened The scooter turns on in sport mode, goes max 21 km / h Drive 14 km / h eco 10 km / h I had a mod made in a sport where I rode 31 km / h. No i know why it happened after full charge. someone wrote to me in another group that my fuse has blown. not to drive or operate. I went back to the original software and the Scooter works like it was at the beginning of sport 26, drive 20, eco 16. Now I'm just worried whether I should bring the fuse to the service or blown it. Nothing will show any errors in the application. The service key is also not displayed.

If you have the BLE 074, won´t connect to the offical app. It´s better use M365 tools or M365 dashboard. anyway, the BT is enable for few seconds after you turn on the scooter, then switches off

To all those wishing to use custom firmware you should beware what your doing is losing all your security features which means you could be going down the street and someone could access your scooter and press disable and stop and lock this has happened to me on custom firmware it costed 275 euro to get it fixed really beware what your doing as anyone with a phone can hack your scooter thats why adding the normal app and adding a pin code to your scooter is so important would love to know you guys thoughts on making the security of your scooter better while using this custom firmware.

Hi, David! Thanks for the tutorial. I have a Xiaomi M365 Pro that I just bought 2 weeks ago. Using your videos, I was able to downgrade the BLE to 0.7.4, then CFW 1.5.5 and finally Xiaogen 2.0.4. It was easy peasy! Just one question, my battery is around 97% of the charge and the range/autonomy is around 19km. Is this right? I thought the range was around 25 miles (40 km). Thanks again!

It says 20 kmh when it is in sport mode fully charged.U can change to drive and eco so u have more kmh.Even before this program ur scooter wasnt able to drive 40 kmh in sport mode.Mine scooter was able to drive 25 and now it can drive 22 23.Also This red light isnt always right.Smtms it says 2 or 3 kmh less than ur actual remaining distance.

Well... as Nikolac, sorry for the spelling, said, sport mode with extra increase in power will reduce autonomy. I usually drive in drive mode, hot sport only when needed, and when I have less then 25%, more or less, use eco mode.

Thanks, you need the BLE 090 or 074 in the pro and the BLE 073 in the m365 standard. My advise is the BLE 074, because works great and, allows you to use more settings in the custom firmware. However, the 090 is perfectly fine

Hey, ive got a problem, m365 pro bms 126 ble 74 drv 200 ive done everyinthing as in the video - started with ble downgrade (smoothly), created soft on the page, downloaded downg xg mod and flashed the software once but when Im trying to flash it for the 2nd time it goes through but i get the 'sent retry' in between. so it goes 30%32%34%'sent retry'36% - and so on, and later i get info that its done, but my drv stays 200... anyone had such a problem? any solution?

Max speed is 33 km/h, then scooter cuts power, but it's ok. I changed only current in S to 27000 mA and disabled 10" tires. Maybe I'll try standard throttle with these new indications and features. Thanks! David.

I broke my last circuit board (error 40) and have ordered a new one as well as some thermal paste to cool the mosfets. My question is that which value do I want to change for the additional battery please? I dont know why it didnt worked for me, i patched a firmware that i made with this App and after i had a drv version 200 and the scooter was dead,, and i couldnt downgrade it again, to make it work again i had to reset the controller with ST-Link and then flash a custom firmware V155 with the normal DownG (Not the XG mod) . Am i doing something wrong?

I put an extra battery of 15mAH now I have the 12,800 mAH +15 =27,800 mAH (range 70-90 km). Speed is 38km/h (was 35km/h before) - is there any modificaton you have to do on firmware when u have extra battery? Besides power charge mode disabling? I was thinking to increase voltage from 29 000 to around 31 000 maybe? Full charge 40 km/h? Or I push it too much? It's already huge. 38 km full charge, 34-35 3 lines of battery. I'll leave it like this, won't risk it. :D

There is a section for the external battery, however, as I don't have one, not sure about the best settings there. Regarding increasing the voltage limits, specially with S1, I would consider to reinforce the controller. There are tutorials on how to do that, to be on the safe side. Also, I might disable the kers, because you will put so much current on the controller using kers with the extra battery, at least reinforce the welding of the controller. But I'm not an expert in external battery

I still don't underatand the cruise control and lever settings (when I am in 30 km/h and want to activate cruise control i push twice and it gets me back to10 km) but I'm getting there. It's normal, in fact I strongly recommend not to use the Xiaomi app. Use either M365 dashboard or M365 tools, they are brilliant

Hi David I need your help or opinion. I followed your steps to the end. My versions now are: BMS: 126 BLE: 74 DRV: 204 My m365 pro now goes up to 40km. NICE ! ⚠️ But I have another *problem* , the number of *KMH* and *ICON* 🔧 for *REPAIR* are constantly shown in *RED* on the screen. I drive with these settings normally, but it bothers me that, say, at 30 km / h, it writes in *RED* 17km and then 35 in normal color. I also *can't* access the xaiomi home *Official* application for m365pro. Tnx for time and solutions :)

Hi David! Amazing tutorial. I have completed it. Everything is working OK except for when I am in eco mode the display turns red instead of blue and shows 1 red bar of battery. The scooter works fine, even in eco, its just the display is red. Is this normal?

Thanks! That's because one of the options. Probably you have setup that in ECO mode swap the speedometer with the battery charge

Doesn't work on OnePlus 6T, partially works on OnePlus 3T but i nearly bricked the ecu, had error codes 19, 21 and 22 and no Bluetooth. So had to get my sons Samsung Galaxy S5/6 (not sure) and managed to get everything working as it should. Verdict - if you got any OnePlus device - get other android phone to flash the scooter!

HOWEVER, I'm no longer able to connect my scooter with the Xiaomi Home app, the Bluetooth won't register at all, the screen LED is constantly red and displays the code E7. The Bluetooth is enable the first initial seconds after powering on the scooter, then goes off. With ble 074 you won't connect with Xiaomi app. Use m365 dashboard or m365 tools, much better than Xiaomi app.

You can use this with the regular m365. You need to use lower values for power. I don't use external battery, can't advise about values. You may want to try different settings and see what works better for you

Hi. Yes it's normal. The BLE 074 os desgined to do that. No need for the Xiaomi app. M365 tools or M365 dashboard wayyyy better. If you want to update to the official firmware using the Xiaomi app you only need to put BLE 090
