Absolutely the easiest way to flash mine was new out the box updated with mi home to latest 1.68 and just used Xiao flasher for flashing real easy cheers dude 👍

Followed this method and it worked right away. On Firmware 1.68 I just used XiaoFlasher and installed the Smooth version. They say that on Eco Mode you only get 18km/h but I am getting up to 22km/h, with Drive Mode topping at 25 (making it almost useless since the difference is not that great). Sport mode I reached 33km/h but what really is amazing about it is the Russian throttle. Really makes a difference, it´s not jerky like on stock firmware, much more progressive and accurate acceleration. I haven´t finished my full battery charge with this software but I am at 64% with 16km done driving mainly in Eco mode (and some quick stints on Sport to try the max speed). I expect to get at least the double of what I have covered so far. Huge thumbs up for showing this method and these CFW.

Hi David, I tried this hack few days ago on my m365 Pro and I have to say everything works well for me! It was so easy. Just flash firmware no flash BLE and now I can reach the speed around 32-35 km/h in Sport mode. Thanks for this video!

Hi, great video! I have a M365 normal upgrated to pro Dashboard with DRV 1.55, BLE 090 and BMS 115, i tried many different custom firmwares but it limits the speed on sport mode at 27 kmh even if i am driving straight or downhill.. should i try a different BMS version or that has not to do? 27km/h is not bad but i cant understand why it is cut the power at this speed.

Yes it is, just flash the DRV 155 with365 downg app to revert back to stock. The range depends and many factors, my range won't match yours probably

i used a PRO Dashboard on my m365 for a while but the apps have problems to flash firmware because its a cheap china clone^^ is there a way to get speed limits working on that "russian throttle" mode? i need max 20 kmh in eco mode because german laws but with activated russian throttle algorythm the speedlimit is no more working. I find the behavior of the engine and the throttle response terrible when the russian mode is not activated

Hello David. I just bought a used M365 upgrade with PRO display. But seems that previous owner played around with firmware upgrade and "kill" something. When I check version with M365 DownG app I got those values: BMS Ver: 0, BLE Ver: 15399, DRV Ver: 171. I can not turn on the front light, battery indicator is not shown and sppedometer is not working as well. Any idea what I need to do to (which steps to follow) to bring my M365 to complete working again? Thank you.

I'd probably go for smooth. You can always try sport but keeping an eye on the temperature, and checking manually the motor after the ride, specially in summer

Hi! As you said you need an Android device. Also, with the BLE 090 you should be able to connect with the Xiaomi app on your phone. I believe for iOS there are other apps to see the scooter info better than the Xiaomi one, at least in Android there are few

The best way is to connect the scooter to one of those apps. You will get all the info of your scooter. In Android you can use M365 Tools or M365 Dashboard for example

Sure. There are stickers to buy that change color at high temperatures - you stick them on your rim and see if the engine is too hot. Unfortunately these are sold out everywhere at the moment. Well, my guess is 35, won't go any faster than any other method without external battery. I rather the XiaoGen firmware, for is better and quicker. This is more for people not comfortable creating custom firmware, is easier and you get Russian throttle for free

I heard the wires inside the scooter are going to burn if you pull more than stock power (900w peak). I wouldn't do the power mods at all if you havent upgraded the power cables first.

If you push to hard you may have issues, but I've been using mods from the very beginning and no issues at all. The problem is there are some people out there that push way to far the mods, normal people is just fine

Thanks! If you ask me, I'm always in the safe side, specially with my weight. In my scooter I wouldn't do it. 85 kg is on the edge I'd say for the sport. I can't say I'd do it if I were you to be honest
