Hack to stop lens creep: My Canon RF 70-200 F2.8 and EF 24-105 F4 just kept extending!

Was trying to find a way to stop my Canon zoom lenses from extending while having the camera hanging from my neck while walking around or even on a tripod but pointing down.
I have a Canon EF 24-105 F4 USM IS lens which is particularly bad at this, but also found newer lenses like the RF 70-200 F2.8 also does this. Luckily thought of this cheap hack that has stopped it!
Tested with:
Canon EF 24 105 F4 USM IS lens
Canon RF 70-200 F2.8
Canon RF 24-70 F2.8
