@Hecka Much Magazine I definitely agree with you on this, but it’s going to take a short while for the necessary societal changes to occur before these positive changes can be implemented into society correctly. Radical paradigm shifts require intensive preparation and foresight to correctly implement these types of changes, or it can negatively impact society just as much as the previous system, and potentially worse if it’s not handled with insightful care and planning.
@mesmith2526
@mesmith2526 3 жыл бұрын
@Hecka Much Magazine you are dead on with the subjective element impacting much of society, those with the persistent drive (will) to push for that change often resulting to the change that’s subjectively seen as good to them. Sincerity has becomes rare commodity, largely being the result of true sincerity involves individuals exposing themselves to their own vulnerabilities. Ahh, I was curious if you would mention God or the Holy Spirit. If you’re familiar with the Golden Rule, originally taught from Jesus ministry, during His time on earth; it was also referred to by Paul, which he described as being the foundation or the essence of the law. “For you, my brothers, were called to freedom; only do not let your freedom become an opportunity for the sinful nature (worldliness, selfishness), but through love serve and seek the best for one another. For the whole Law [concerning human relationships] is fulfilled in one precept, “Y OU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF [that is, you shall have an unselfish concern for others and do things for their benefit].” But if you bite and devour one another [in bickering and strife], watch out that you [along with your entire fellowship] are not consumed by one another.” ‭‭Galatians‬ ‭5:13-15‬ ‭AMP‬‬ www.bible.com/1588/gal.5.13-15.amp All sin and systemic issues within society are all derived from selfishness, or failure to implement the Golden Rule into the laws that are made. If the Golden Rule is utilized, it ultimately allows for laws to be instituted and enforced with true objectivity, thus nullifying the ability of clever attorneys the ability to conjure creative solutions to meet the subjective needs of their client.

@@Reth_Hard upgrading isn't that hard. If you want to keep using Windows 7 after that point then take the same risk as those who complained when XP left it's service life. For everyone else who have made the switch the security updates are frequent. So what i gathered from here was that the organization behind the Wannacry worm weren't pleased that Marcus found the way to stop the spread at that point, so they dig up his past and leak info about the fact that Marcus contributed to making the Kronos malware, which then reaches the FBI, and the FBI decides to make him a scapegoat cuz they didnt find the proper culprit behind the Kronos and Wannacry malware! Kudos to the judge for taking into account the whole scenario. Glad he did his job perfectly!

Ofc man that called power, Solo guy can be punished, massive corporation holding billions of ur citizens currency its another deal, specialy into a worldwide open market with no overall agrements, allowing thoses entities to re-established themself somewhere else. And by doing it counter the punishment they would ve suffer from. Ur logic is not accurate to thoses importants factors. U can't see this as a basic 1 to 1 factor relaying One person to a bank. To be clear assault bankers after theyr subprime crisis would ve been the worst that we can do. As efficient as shooting someone canon facing urself. Most of our governments play it safe sneaky, the right way, listening to university eco specialists, the best move.

Um yeah it’s a bit more complicated than that dude... the banks received bail outs because in some cases they were literally hours away from collapse, which would have caused catastrophic damage to the global economy, far, far worse than the fairly mild recession that ultimately occurred. I can pretty much guarantee you that as bad as you may feel about the fact they got bailed out after causing the mess in the first place, you would be in a much worse position today if they didn’t.

I would sure like to know: 1.) The age at which MH sold his malware, 2.) The location (country) of MH and the buyer at that time, and 3.) How US law got any jurisdiction on the matter. Remember, lack of jurisdiction can be noticed at ANY time. Also remember, the FBI as a whole can be a tendentious asshole.
