Based on your enthusiasm in this video, I'm going to go ahead and recommend getting a ham radio license. It is a fairly simple process. Just have to pass a 35 question test to get the "entry level" Technician class license. It is a fun hobby. Especially when you start incorporating arduinos, raspberry pi, etc.

Not really sure what the 930 MHz data was but if you go to 947 and/or 1090 I believe that will be digital data from airplanes with make, altitude, coords, etc

I think those are pagers, on windows i use pdw3.12 to decode them

930mhz is probably medical pager. Flex protocol is popular in the USA.
