Anyone can perform testing on the assets included in scope and report accordingly..check NCIIPC or CERT-IN emergency response team..

Problem is We don't have token-based validation. Once after success OTP verification we should send token in response where all API should work based on this taken. Am I correct?

there is no server side validation of the OTP code, it's validated only in the client side.. yep there needs to be unique authorization token needs to be assigned to user after validation happened in the server side can be included in the response. In subsequent requests, that token will send to the server to validate the user and get response accordingly..
