But in night time all LED LIGHTS Like tube lights and small round 6 watt LED bulbs and POP design LED lights also Brights in low power. In switch in off time it's like shows some brightness. What's the problem. I don't know the exact reason for that. Give some suggestions

@@Svmtech2856 Your info is incorrect. Earthing will not protect you from leakage fault mostly in mA range. Note that leakage current of low magnitude cannot trigger MCB and 30 mA leakage current passing thru your body for more than 300 millisecs can stop your heart.

Bro but MCB is still needed right because RCCB only protects from earth leakage but when there is an electrical short circuit in an appliance then only MCB can detect so RCCB should be in series with MCB right? (I know you mentioned about the difference just asking)

Thanks for the technical explanation. I had a similar experience in our home. We have installed ELCB in our home for all 3phases. While i was doing some electrical work, i got electric shock but the ELCB did not trip ot trun off thr entrie power..so it seems it did not detect the current flow.

Check for bypass. Check by pressing Test button. Also if you are in contact with phase and neutral, RCCB will not work, as load is balanced.

When u touch the disconnected Neutral line with Phase connected load then u will Experience the shock, but y u did not experience the Shock when u touch the neutral line in 6:33 of this video????

Mcb is for overload and short circuit protection. RCCB is for leakage fault protection.

what will happaned if only one phase is loaded (current) and other two phases doesnot have any load(cuurent)? I know that in three phase power factor will get lagging. but what will happen to kWH for a three phase meter?. is the meter reading goes high than the distributed load?
