Problem is, everyone has their own definition of a “good deal” Is it good because you’re paying less than original retail? Is it good because the item is in mint condition? Is it good because it’s $1 cheaper than eBay or Amazon? Or is it good because you can make a killing flipping it?

The guy with the 'new' Pokemon games seemed very sketchy to me. "I have so many". Why is that? New in the box? Really? It's still fun to go to the flea market and get a feel for what's there. I've been to many. There used to be one in Santa Cruz at the Skyline Drive In I've been to a couple of times. But that was eons ago.
@sunnyhsu86693 жыл бұрын
As a game reseller, I can tell those Pokémon games are legit but I would never buy from people like them. It’s very easy to source these games from big retailers at the right moments when they go on clearance. As a general rule for reselling new switch games, they would 95% of the time need to be under $20 to be profitable.
@jfh.80643 жыл бұрын
Yep exactly. Def buying them for $35-$40 and then selling them for $50-$60 acting like that’s still the cheapest you can find them. Lots of big switch games you can find for under $40
@BintonB3 жыл бұрын
how do you think that guy obtained all those?
@UrSammich2 жыл бұрын
@@BintonB More then likely stole them. Considering that's a lot of games and electronics, it looks too sketchy as fuck. I used to live in California and one time when I was visiting with my mom we went to a flee market in the local Orange County area and passed by a seller selling brand new Macy's clothes and my mom works for Macy's. She told me they were stolen or most likely stolen and its a common thing to see. Same with counterfits as well. So anytime you see a large quantity like that, I'd second guess first unless they have retro games and consoles in the mix. Then its possible they might be a video game mom and pop selling excess. I doubt this was the case.

@lawmancomics93093 жыл бұрын
@@antoniotorres3000 that is correct it is a good price for someone that doesn't resell. I'm just saying it's easy to put something on a table and sell it,. Then to go find it, buy it, take pictures, test it, package it and ship it. It's more than just picking it up and selling it. Once I paid $25 for a PlayStation 4 remote, fair price right and when I got it home it didn't even work. On eBay I will have to make sure it works and test it in order to sell it for the price that is actually worth or I'm possibly going to get a bad feedback for it. Can't give a bad feedback to someone selling at a flea market.

I love these videos. I'm a reseller myself and sell a lot of similar stuff to you. I've always stayed away from flea markets, but finally went last weekend. The prices were awful. A couple of the stalls had nice people and decent prices, but most were wanting retail for garbage. Some of the people with their video games were really crazy. The stuff clearly had been sitting outside or out in the sun too long and they were expecting ebay prices. They'll never sell that stuff. I don't understand why they even try selling at a flea market. Anytime I hear "price charting" or "ebay" by one of the sellers, I walk away. It was really clear that these people have been trying to sell the same stuff for months or years even 🤣 I wasn't even there just to resell, but also wanted to find some cool stuff for myself. I could probably open up my own stall and undercut most sellers by half with their crazy prices.
