When I source I am always in and out within 15 minutes. I am going to about 10 stores 3-5 times a week so I only need to browse the new items put out. I’m sure I miss a thing here or there but that method has worked great for me the past 5 years. Great video as always. Never stop learning!

nice video matt. that little toys section would be banking me some juicy profit. I'm a big toy seller when it comes to pre owned toys. I've learned so much from you Matt keep it up. its people like you that inspire others to sell on eBay despite all the struggles people face when selling on eBay.

You’re so lucky! There are about 7 thrift stores in my town. NONE of them organize anything but the clothes. They destroy glad and ceramic items by basically tossing them on shelves. Toys are tossed into big bins breaking or scratching them so their pristine appearance when donated leave zero chance for resell profit
@heidiwilhite80113 жыл бұрын
I find good items with scotch tape all over them or black marker on top of the box. Sometimes they mark these items up like it is a great find. But they destroy so much value with tape and black marker. I am pretty good about peeling tape off but the marker kills me. I don't like my customers knowing I picked up something at the thrift store.

I don't want to give away my secrets but go back to the isle with the record player and look at those other electronics, you walked passed 3 that are worth 50 60 70 80+ plus. Their was a nice receiver, 5 disc carousel and another one that looked like a vintage unit. I mainly sell vintage electronics and such and you would be surprised at what an old receiver or old cd player would bring in.
