Thank you, teacher Paul for explaining to us how to use " had better." Now I know a little bit about how to use it in my sentences. I had better study well if I want to improve my English language. Happy learning everyone!

I have no had knowledge of use of this word in. Today I knew that had better means in English is should be. This word means would be should be. Whenever we see used had better in a sentence. And I think I have not seen this word used in a sentence since I have been learning English. And I have been learning English for over 4 years. But still learning. And I listened you saying during lecture on Learn American English online that it's not easier to learn English. And it's really not easier. Thank you. I want you to talk to me because I want to improve by talking someone who is native English speaker. Thanks.

You had better do so / that You had better go now (Always used for the present ad future tenses ) You had better not go there
