Great work! Couple things to think about. The Eb7 in bar six is a b9 chord with a natural 13, using the diminished scale, not Db harmonic minor. That scale has nothing to do with that chord. The last sixteenth of beat 3 of that bar is a very important E natural, reinforcing the sound.

Yes I think you are correct, after I trannscribed some more of his solos that seems to be the sound he is using a lot!
