Hallo Mister Mischa, wir haben Deine Anfrage geprüft, doch leider ist es nicht möglich den Auszugsweg der Matrix Box Beschläge einzustellen. Möglicherweise kannst Du den Auszugsweg mit einem externen Stopper (Holzklotz, o.ä.) begrenzen. Wir hoffen Du findest eine passende Lösung. The most important part that this demo fails to address is how once the draw is in place, do you remove/ lift the draw off of its side sliders! What is the release trick?

@@HaefeleDE Since you liked my feedback, here is some more. I did indeed contact a member of you company’s technical team and asked several questions including how to detach the front. He replied to just my 1st question- how to detach the front. So I again asked my other questions with the same kind of response, and so it went on until I was so exasperated that I have sort satisfaction elsewhere. My last communication to him was similar to this, and I pointed out that had he replied In Full to my initial query, it would not only have been much more helpful but would have been far less expensive to your company in respect to his time spent on dealing with me. I told him to “pass my feedback “ to his line manager, but I very much doubt he will have done that.
