Thank you for showing your process. You spin beautiful yarn. I am lucky to own both the EEW 6.2 and the EEW Nano2 by Dreaming Robots, they’re great e-spinners. My favourite way to spin is very fine yarn, and it’s not always easy to find videos for lace weight yarns. The reason why I prefer to spin that fine is because it’s the type of yarn that I prefer to knit with and where I live, high quality lace weight and cobweb weight yarn is expensive. So I have started making my own. If you would be willing to show projects you knit with your homespun yarn, I’d love to see them.

Good for you! Looks like Eew6.2 has advantage making fine yarn than other e-spinner. I also started spinning yarn to make my go to yarn which is fine and lofty. Thank you so much leave comments on my video!

@@Cawool. - I find the Nano2 is best for very, very fine yarns. The bobbins are tiny, so for more metres, I fill the bobbins entirely. Then I have to choose: one big bobbin on the EEW 6 or several smaller ones on the Nano. It depends on the knitting or crocheting project I want to make. If I only need a smaller amount I use the Nano. If I need a large amount I will use the EEW 6. This way I have less ends to sew in on the finished object. For new spinners it’s useful to know that plied yarn takes up more space on a bobbin, even if it comes from one single bobbin. 2/3rds bobbin of singles will give you a very full bobbin of plied yarn! Or: 50 grams of singles can fit on one Nano bobbin but that same 50 grams, once plied, will not fit. I don’t know if you mentioned that in one of your videos, but if you didn’t it might be a good idea to tell your viewers. I had to learn that the hard way!

@@eddavanleemputten9232 love your comments! recently I bought extra bobbins for my Nano. I will note that points to share with new spinners. Thanks!

@@Cawool. - Extra bobbins are a really good idea! I recently did as well. Nano bobbins are quite small and depending on the yarn you spin, they can fill up quickly. Did you know that if you know someone who has a 3-D printer, you can download the files to print them? There is a link to the files through the website of Dreaming Robots. I haven’t done it, but I know of several KZbinrs who mentioned that they printed bobbins themselves. That also means you can choose the colour of the bobbins yourself as that depends on the filament. And if the friend who has a 3-D printer lives close, it means no shipping cost, no import taxes etc. The little rings to fit inside the orifice entry of my Nano2 were printed by a friend of my daughter. He didn’t want to get paid. I don’t just spin and knit. I also make mead (honey wine). So we ‘paid’ him with a bottle of mead. He was very happy. So was I. 😊

한국에서는 현재 화인센터에서 제것 보다 작은 버전으로 판매하고 있어요. 제품은 dreamingrobot에서 만드는데, 미국 직구 하시면 한국으로도 배송되긴 하구요. ^^
