My man recognised her when she was disguised as a man outside the palace and saved her. She rejected his love but he still fought to protect her and gave his life in order to save hers. He always cared and loved her since they little, even in the end he loved and cared for her. It wasn't an obsession, it was pure and genuine feelings from his side.. I really wish they hadn't killed his character.

It's okay, it's a drama, Of course they need a dramatic story line. I hope it's never happen in real life. It's sad that a good guy live ruined because someone who didn't love them back
