Please provide units. What is 5? 5 inches, 5 feet, 5 cm, 5 mm, 5 yards?! Are we supposed to assume units?

All I want is simple explanation of how to adjust my Junior 80/B sliding doors that are sticking in the tracks! Come on, Hafele US, this is surely a common customer question.
