Thor - Training for Europe´s Strongest Man Deadlift 400kg

It doesnt get much more masculine than a 2,05m icelander lifting 400kg while listening to Metallica
@fidgetyrock44209 жыл бұрын
***** lmao.. thats never masculine for a self respecting white man. If a black guy "wins" over a white guy. That white guy will do whatever in his power to become stronger than a black guy.. thats fair and normal evolution of a man of self respect. you dont fall down on you knees and suck when a man is stronger than you.. rather stay alone in your basement and train.

He was the youngest to ever reach the final at 21 in 2007. Sometimes these guys go down quick with injuries.
@Nicotrel10 жыл бұрын
iceman20211 Kevin did the mistake of going into powerlifting and strongman too early and without a proper guidance. The damage and the toll his body took during those sensitive years of formation proved to be too much. Unlike Kevin, Thor went into strongman at around 19-20 (?). He was a full grown adult by then and relayed on his brute natural strength and remarkable genetics to catch up to the competition. He's a genetic freak that happened to actually find the sport he's good at unlike many people in this sport who don't have perfect genetics to succeed in it. And the fact of the matter is - today only big Z can stop this manchild :)

I believe Hafþór was 23 at this time- anyone deadlifting 400kg is ridiculously impressive- a 23 year old deadlifting 400 kg is almost unheard of, and a 6'8 23 year old deadlifting 400kg... there are no words in the English language that can adequately describe how impressive this is.

Eric Lilliebridge did something even more insane, he pulled 900lbs raw without straps at 23 years old at below 300lbs bodyweight.
@Beefulls22511 жыл бұрын
Awesome! That is a LONG way for that weight to travel, impressive PULL! I'd suggest keeping the bodyfat% low however, it simply seems safer than holding a bodyweight of over 180kg, and keeping the fat lower to show more muscle definition gives more opportunity to be famous in other media. Should also consider growing out hair long, even if balding on top. Bleach long hair to platinum blonde. Hollywood would be knocking at your door soon enough Viking. You would look like Thor Odinson!
