Winners never quit, Quitters never win. Sucessful people or even famous boxers, wrestlers, martial artists, etc. had failed multiple times. They are only sucessful because they had the perseverance to keep on going even if they failed. You are a winner. Never stop going even when times are hard for you. A true victory is when you have perseverance to keep going even if you failed many times. You choose whether you keep on going or quit.

This is the kind of motivation that I used to improve in math and physics because I love science and after a few months I can say that it is a whole new world for me, I also started meditating and it is amazing how it unlocked my brain. My analysis skills have greatly improved to the point that I am contemplating a career in Aeronautical Engineering and I am very happy about that. I only tell you this because everything is possible if you believe it and of course it also depends on your hard work. Never give up🙏🏻 It is not the goal itself, it is the path. The way I learned coding was through making games so it was fun for me, but i do my training and excercises because I want to get stronger. To handle the pain all you have to do is accept it. Accept that your brain is sending those pain signals and ignore it if necessary. Now that i think about it, my only will is to become stronger, not exactly the strongest human alive but just to be strong in general. It's not exactlt a clear will but it helps me keep going.

Discipline is an idea that must be relayed to each person with the right set of teaching techniques. You can't just discipline a person with only just a shout (though it may be necessary if the moral of a person is worst) It has to be proven with an aura of guidance and wisdom. If discipline is achieved, nothing will be impossible. Discipline is an important milestone to achieve true freedom.
