Have grown up in kerala all my life.. And I have never done haggling 🤔. These are specially for tourists normally we dont have a tradition of haggling we just go there and buy. These people are definitely from outside kerala and bought their haggling along with them for better or for worse, it gives the tourists an experience something you dont experience in their native countries.

The traders in that cloth shop are not Malayalees, they are trapping foreigners. The costume is not that expensive. People from abroad should not buy from shops in tourist places like this as they will catch you. Most of the shops are not selling at market prices

14:00 Even after all these years, Keralites haven't recognised the tourism potential bro. Each governments do things to improve tourism but people have to co-operate as well by not throwing trash and ridiculing travellers. Each one of them have visited gulf countries and they dont do trashing or reckless driving there but when they are here do not follow any rules and does trashing and careless driving mostly intentional. All they have to do is keep it clean and not irritate visitors but thats not the case unfortunately.

North-East india is very much different to other parts of India, North East India culture , people look very very different..the weather is very different in North - East India now it is raining..it is cold.it is very cold is some places ... North - east state like ... 1. Sikkim 2 . Arunachal Pradesh 3. Assam 4. Meghalaya 5. Mizoram 6. Nagaland 7. Manipur 8. Tripura You can google or KZbin about these states..this is the only place in Asia where you will find the cleanest village ( Meghalaya ) , Big river island in the world( Majuli,Assam) , small river island in the world ( Assam ) , blue mountains ( Mizoram ) ,Arunachal Pradesh(Mechuka, Tawang) is more beautiful than Switzerland believe in me nd the most rainy places in the world and many more ..

One aspect western tourists should always remember is that Kerala is just a start of your journey of discovering India. More surprises are in store for you. One comment you need to refrain from is ' I never thought India was this advanced'. Of course there is poverty but it's an experience you can never forget and technology comes along with it .
