Sometimes I think simp massively overrates these 100 rated players. Sure, a 100 player might spot a checkmate in two, but they will definitely spot that they have a chance to promote their pawn. Imo taking the pawn before it promoted would have been the better play, even if it did risk forced checkmate

Nah cuz they allowed a royal fork at the start of the game. They prolly moved the Bishop thinking it was mate but their position was so good it managed not to be a blunder

I really think everyone wildly underestimates low levels in every youtube and reddit comment section. I use stuff like that all the time at 500. I'm sick of everyone talking like 1000 or lower is r3tarded

I find that by and large Indian players love to use their Queens, to an almost religious extent. At least that I’ve seen. Due to the fact I am a battleking main, this has cultivated a minor hatred of them for me. Thankfully, I am getting used to Queen-centric opening tactics, and learning to lure their bloodthirsty queens into ambushes.

Important: if you threaten a fork on c7, a 100 rated opponent doesn't see the fork or even the check, they only see that you're threatening to capture a pawn. To a 100, c6 protects the pawn with tempo.
