I’m in the same boat. I’m just reserved with my prediction. While the 238 isn’t proned (sp) to wrecking, the expectation of himself might supersede his ability.. anybodies ability really. He’s phenomenal, but just am cautious, want him to think about limits and know his comfort zone while racing Hunter. Oh- totally agree. The big podcasters ( media) are too apologetic about someone being outspoken , candid, honest.. AND PRO AMERICAN. They really have dropped the ball getting behind Haiden. They’ve become so use to the social pressures of “ correctness “ and this sport doesn’t need that shit.

I think you may be right, we will find out soon that’s for sure. Hunter is going to be tough to beat but if that is Haidens true speed/new level, I don’t know if there’s anything Hunter can do with him unless Haiden makes a mistake. I hope they can start 1-2 so we can have a straight heads up battle and see who is the top dog. No matter how this season turns out, next year for him is going to be crazy and those other guys better figure something out because he is going to be even better and that’s going to be scary.

Yes buddy I completely agree. James, RC & RV all mentioned the same thing. Now that Haiden has proved to himself that he can run those speeds I definitely believe we will see more of the same. In the Deegan's last video Brian also said that he knows Haiden well and when he rides like that and starts winning races his confidences changes which he see's as leading to more rides like that and more wins.

Alright! You're back! Always loved your race analysis, today's was spot on as usual. Deegan's ride was incredible and Hunter is on the mend. Should make for a great rest of the series. Keep up the great work.

I was a pro a very long time ago and this happened to me I do believe you are correct he has jelled with the bike and found his flow he is riding ahead way ahead of the bike unless someone or something breaks the spell he’s going to destroy the class. We are going to find out quickly I think he has what Eli tomac has, we call it beast mode but it’s the same thing.😊

What the announcers were struggling to verbalize about what they were seeing with Haiden was funny . Because they called it beast mode . But that belongs to Tomac . What they were witnessing was Haiden transporting himself into the future of motocross. By willing himself into the DANGERZONE ! .. it was clear to me because of the warning ⚠️ label he put on the BACK of his helmet so all of his competitors would have a clear view of it > ( DANGER ) .... with an epic 1-1 finish, there should be no excuse for any of the competitors not to have read the warning label 😉 I wish Haiden the best at Unadilla. If he can find the will to transport himself once again into the DANGERZONE, he very well could win the championship. I have always said that > ( frequent patterns form habits hard to break. ) and have watched Haiden for 12 years, frequently winning races at every level he has come through. Haiden Deegan has created a habit of winning. And as any person knows, habits are very hard to break. I don't see Haden getting slower over the next 10 years . So we all can look forward to seeing the dangerboy becoming, simply DANGEROUS !

Man I’m not a fan of deegan but you’re completely right lol and please come back and continue making videos because all these other guys doing “breakdowns” don’t know crap and think they know everything! You sir keep it humble and real! Thank you for this video because it was very refreshing to hear a non biased or egotistical opinion from so washed up riders that think they know exactly everything

I agree brother. I raced with Haidens father years back. Only Ride for fun now and maintain my own tracks on my property, but will say you are not the only one that noticed that. Ive noticed it since the day he got on the big bike. Yes ups/downs etc. However, never does he make the same mistake twice and to be honest, even Old MXer's like Gary Bailey, David Bailey and more are saying this kid is a phenom bro. 17 and look at that work ethic. SOLID! And Solid family and Team. They are a humble bunch and that helps.

That happened to me when I was 15 years old. I got faster each lap and just kept progressing from there faster than I ever had in the past. You're not the only one talking about Deegan. All the top pros are seeing a fire inside him starting to burn. His dad Brian was even shocked at his pace.

Hey man, first time ever eatching your videos. Surprised I haven't before. Any racer that has raced at the B level and above knows about the click, it happened to me to. I was one day a challenging B rider and by the end of a practice evening i was faster and smoking the A riders even though these classes are weird cause B riders when in combine will sometime smoke the A riders. But yes, all the sudden you can lean into your scrubs and whips and trust that your going to come back around. Its a weird 😢phenomenon. I have always called it the click. Haiden just clicked and clicked off positions and wins. And any real fast riders know this phenomenon and all the sudden one day it all just makes sense and you understand the bike and how to make it do amazing things and it never is expected but the hgh go u are in is just amazing and no drug in the world can make you feel like that it that good.

Its called confidence and you can see it in all great athletes! If you follow the UFC it can be seen in Jim Jones, you could see it in Micheal Jordan in basketball, you could see it in Tom Brady in football! Haiden is destined for greatness, we know it and he knows it! He has been hitting all these milestones along the way and with each one his confidence grows, that is not to say he might not stumble along the way and lose some of that. But right now he is on one and he might just do it this season! I hope so as i have been a fan of this kid for years now. And what he said on the podium was awsome, same as i have no problem with Jett wrapping himself in the Australian flag when he wins! We used to show pride in being American in this country before the libs made it a crime!

Been following the deegans to for a long time ,brian first now haiden ,what i think happened at washougal was it was the week before Loretta's and all through his career haidens concentration fitness and focus is wired to that time of year that's when he peaks and it all clicked for him , i hope he can carry that through the next three races, either way the kid has had a great year ,as for hunter giving away 2 races ,it hapoens and the one who doesn't have problems and is consistent wins .

I've been watching the kid for years and he has the speed even from a 65cc and has turned it on fairly consistently racing armatures. This race was him on a 250 against 450s literally from last place to the win in 11 laps with the exact same beast mode he had at Washougal BTW he had only raced the two outdoors races on the 250 at this point. kzbin.info/www/bejne/iH6Ql4yee9tqnbc

Same experience at 12 racing WORCS in Taft, ca going down a s turn canyon and just decided to twist the throttle and let off of the rear brake, before I knew it I had a whole new feeling on the bike and won my class by 45 seconds. Absolutely unreal. Definitely saw it in Deegan

So I guess you missed him blowing Hunter and everyone else out the water last race? Hunter could have had the title all but wrapped up had he not had a couple issues, but he did and how Haiden just decimated the whole field, Hunter may lose this title. It doesn’t matter when was better the first half of the season or how many points they COULD have been ahead. What matters is right now and the facts and as of right now, Haiden just showed he is the fastest guy out there, by a long shot.

@@davidbiagi2932I must have watched a different race. In moto 1 hunter caught Deegan and with another lap would have passed him. Hunter had a much faster pace.
@davidbiagi2932
@davidbiagi2932 Жыл бұрын
What race were you watching? Haiden was way out front and just cruised to the finish. He was the fastest guy both motos. Chase catches Jett at the end of motos too but that’s because Jett is just cruising and not riding harder than he needs. If there had been another lap or two and Hunter was that close, Haiden would have just picked his pace back up. All you have to do is look at his lap times and see he was just chillin because he had everyone covered. Second moto Hunter wasn’t even close. He got close early on but he couldn’t keep up with Haidens pace and went down just like sexton does trying to keep up with Jett and then Haiden dropped his fastest lap times of the day in the last 5-7 minutes, matching arguably the fastest 450 rider in the whole world right now fastest laptime from his moto 1.

Now I’m not saying Haiden is going to have another day like that this season, it could have just been a one off day where he just found something. What I am saying is that you’re sitting here acting like he doesn’t have any chance to win this title when he just blew hunters doors off last race and is only 3 points down. It’s fine if you don’t like Haiden and don’t want to root for him, but you can’t sit here any say he has no shot because he has a pretty damn high chance to win this title right now. Especially since we all know that Hunter tends to make a lot of mistakes.

I always go over to my parents a lot so we can watch the races together. As we were sitting there watching that second moto when Deegan took the lead and just dropped the hammer. The first thing my father says... This kid is going to win the championship, just because he just stepped up to that next level. If he wins this championship, it will not shock me. The kid is that good. If Hunter wins the championship over Deegan, not going to be shocked on that either. I think the last 3 rounds are going to be great. As for taking that next step. I watched two older brothers race many of races and saw it happen a lot when they took that next step to get faster.

What makes you think he’s going to crash? He has been pretty damn good keeping it on 2 whelps all season aside from a couple tip overs on some tough ass tracks. Even last race when he went beast mode and straight sent it, he was in full control and didn’t look like he was out of control or anywhere close to crashing.
