Thank you for the video of the run, I have walked up to Haigh hall for the last 10 months on a daily basis, and only just started to jog/walk (very slowly), I haven't quite got to the park run yet but after watching your video I thought I would try it on my own, its very hard on the up hill half, I had to do a bit of walking, I did it in 36 mins, its way off your time ( but I am 57 ) but thank you fella, you've given me a goal, not to match your time but to keep at it to improve my time

Thank you for watching. I use a head accessory.I used to wear in my earlier videos a chest harness but it wasn’t getting a good view of the park. So I had to level up my persuasion and ask my wife for extra attachments.

Never done a park run despite Haigh being one of my local run locations. Should really give this a go. Well done BTW, great time!

Thought about doing Haigh yesterday but I'm a coward when it comes to mud & puddles. A great course in summer though.
