I mean, up until this moment in the series it was never really clear that he was like IN LOVE with kiyoko. It just seemed like him and nishinoya had really big crushes on her compared to the average person (because literally every single person in Haikyuu at least finds kiyoko physically attractive). This is literally the moment we find out tanaka "loves her". Before this episode I basically assumed that tanaka or nishinoya would go full horn dog over ANY girl, given the opportunity (and i still assume that for nishinoya)

LOVE Kaze ga tsuyoku fuiteiru (Run with the Wind). I binged all 23 episodes and I got the same kinds of feelings I get when watching Haikyuu. It has all the elements - good story, good characters with development and beautiful art/animation. Not just the same studio as Haikyuu but same OST composer, Yuki Hayashi, and its awesome!! Several of the Japanese voice actors play character in both shows - Tsukki's VA, Suga's VA and Shirabu VA (the setter from Shiratorizowa). Honestly, can say enough about it.
